- Q: I see I can get 100 5.5 x 8.5’s. Can I get 100 in another size?
A: Our Digital Flip Cards are the only size that we offer 100 as the minimum run.
- Q: Can I get backside printing on an 8x10 or other size?
A: Our Digital Flip Cards are the only size that we offer backside printing of color images. We do offer resume/text printing on some of our other sizes.
- Q: Can you mail me an example of a Digital Flip Card?
A: Yes, we can send you a sample in the mail. Examples of our standard layouts can be seen at www.abcpictures.com under Products>Digital Flip Cards or we can mail or fax a layout sheet.
- Q: Can you RUSH my order?
A: We are able to set your order up for special shipping, but we are not able to rush the process. If we know you are in a hurry, we will work your order on as soon as is possible. You can purchase special shipping.
- Q: Where can I find an order form?
A: Go to www.abcpictures.com under Products>Digital Flip Cards. We can also fax or mail an order form.
- Q: What do you need to get started?
A: Your photographs or digital files, an order form and a form of payment.
- Q: Do you offer an exact color match?
A: Our prints will be very high quality and will have very pleasing color, though we cannot offer an exact match. We concentrate on achieving balanced skin tones, good hair and eye color and a close match to what was sent.
- Q: If I send my order press ready, is there any discount?
A: If your Digital Flip Card is sent to us PRESS READY, which means we do not have to manipulate your file in any way—add borders, size, crop or add typesetting or logos you will qualify for the reorder price. If we must adjust your file in any way to make it ready for press, then we must charge the 1st time order price.
- Q: Do I need a copyright release?
A: If there is a copyright on your images, we require a copyright release from the copyright holder.
- Q: I have a color image and I want it B/W. Can you convert it for me?
A: Yes, no charge. However, we recommend using color images for the digital process.
- Q: Will you keep a copy of my Digital Flip Card so that I can reorder?
A: Yes, we will keep a digital copy on hand for 3 years for reordering purposes.
- Q: I am sending a picture of me from a magazine. Can you shoot from this?
A: Yes, we do require a written release from the copyright holder of the image you are using. This may be the company that hired you for the photo shoot or the magazine it appeared in or your photographer. We do not charge extra.
- Q: Can I split the run into 50 cards of two different layouts?
A: We cannot split runs. Our minimum run is 100 cards.
- Q: I only have 3 images. Is my cost less?
A: Our costs reflect the costs for up to 5 images. 3 images costs the same as 5.
- Q: Will you automatically touch up my picture?
A: No, you must request touch up services. There is an additional charge depending upon the touch up work needed.
- Q: Can you email me a proof?
A: Yes, upon request we will email a low res PDF proof for your approval. To download Adobe Reader, go to www.adobe.com and click on Get Adobe Reader.
- Q: I am ordering 8x10’s in B/W. Can you email me a proof of the layout?
A: Yes, upon request we will email a low res PDF proof for your approval. To download Adobe Reader, go to www.adobe.com and click on Get Adobe Reader.
