Please send an 8x10 photograph or high resolution digital file with guide print, an order form and payment. Please include a street shipping address. (Shipment to a P.O. Box can take several weeks, cannot be tracked, and will cost an additional $10.00). An order
form can be found on this website. You may also write your instructions out or send a mock-up of what you would like.
Photo Images:
Your best results will be obtained by sending an 8x10 photograph or high resolution digital file with guide print. We cannot guarantee exact denisity/color matching, but our reproductions will be very good quality.
Other Acceptable Images:
- 4x6 photograph or larger (The closer to
the final size, the better the reproduction will be. Poster prints require
an 8x10 or larger)
- Tear sheet or other printed piece (These will never be as good as working with the original)
- Digital files (please see Digital File Guidelines)
- Slides or transparencies (There is a $25 charge to work from a slide or transparency.)
- Color photo to B/W (This conversion is no extra charge)

1ST CLASS MAIL. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORIGINALS LOST OR
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Protect your photographs with photo mailers or cardboard
when mailing.
• Do not send copyrighted images or
art without specific written release from the copyright holder (This includes
tear sheets) Customer assumes full responsibility
for any copyright infringement.
• Do not send negatives or contact sheets
• Do not mount your photo to cardboard or other stiff material
• Two or more photos should be separated by clean white paper. Avoid
marking photos with ink pen as ink can bleed or rub
off onto the photos.
Note: The technology for reproducing lithographic
prints in newspapers and publications has virtually eliminated concerns
about quality of picture reproduction known as moiré pattern or
the "checkered" look sometimes encountered in years past. Then,
as now, the quality of reproductions in publications depends upon the
care taken by the publishers and has nothing to do with the quality or
appearance of our prints. Our company and our customers routinely use
our lithograph prints in publications with success.
PROCESSING TIME/SHIPPING
We begin orders on Monday of each week, including
anything arriving on Monday. Beginning with that Monday, your order should
leave on Friday of the same week if it is B/W and Friday of the second
week if it is color. Transit time will vary depending on the location
of your shipping address, but usually runs 2-4 business days. Many safeguards
are in place to help ensure timely processing and delivery, however, we
cannot guarantee ship or delivery dates. If an unusual delay occurs you
will be notified. Expedited shipping can be purchased for additional charges
and are arranged by calling toll-free 1-888-526-5336. Shipping
to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will involve added shipping

TYPESETTING AND LOGOS
Typesetting, addition of logos, names, numbers,
addresses, etc. are included in our price. You may submit your own artwork
or logos. This can be done in camera ready form or digitally. We can resize
and place artwork according to your instructions. Do not glue artwork
to the photo. Please type or print your typesetting instructions clearly
and double check your spelling, numbers, e-mail addresses, etc. Since
many customers use variations in spelling names, etc. for "stage
name" purposes, we cannot assume you have made an error if your typesetting
instructions differ from other sources such as your check, order form
or photo markings. Several paragraphs of text or special effects may incur
extra charges. You may select a typestyle and size from our chart (see
Typestyles) or we can choose a style and size
for you. Type may be placed in the image area in black or white at no
extra charge. Typesetting does not have to match the layout examples shown. If a proof is requested, we can email or fax a proof for your approval.
PAYMENT
Our goal is to provide pricing that is simple
to calculate so that you can easily see the bottom line. Our basic pricing
is based on size and the number of poses on any given layout. Additional
B/W poses are $10 each and additional color poses are $20 each. The layout
examples have prices figured for you. If your layout has the same number
of poses it will be the same price.
We accept Visa/MC, personal checks, and money orders. Please send payment
with the order to avoid delays in processing. We do not have open accounts. Canadian customers please see Canadian
orders/Canadian shipping for payment instructions. We do not accept
or send orders C.O.D.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Our web site catalog
will always be current at www.abcpictures.com.
• The minimum number of any size that we will print will be the
least number shown in our catalog. We cannot split minimum runs between
different pictures or typesetting.
• Vertical (portrait) and horizontal (landscape) orientation is
the same price for any of our layouts.

You may reorder by mail, phone, e-mail, or fax.
We hold your files for 3 years for reordering purposes.

We can either ship orders directly to you or
to your client anywhere in the continental U.S.
On request drop ship packages, none of our company identification will
appear other than our required shipper number or postmark.
